*Guests must be under 19 years old and have filled out the proper guest form.

Parking: When you are entering the hotel, stay to the left, go towards parking attendant, let them know  you are there for FHS Prom, continue to back of hotel. First ballroom when you walk in.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the Event Agreement.

To purchase a ticket, you'll need to turn in the Permission Form.

To purchase a guest ticket, you'll need to turn in the Guest Form.

Refund policy is set by the organizations selling tickets. In the absence of an organization's refund policy, refunds are not provided.
