Freedom High School Theatre
Students of Troupe #6529 Presents
A Night of One Acts
Featuring "The Theory of Relativity" and "The Lottery"

Join us for a night of one act performances, featuring the talent of Troupe #6529.

The Theory of Relativity- Music and lyrics by Neil Bartram, and a book by Brian Hill. The show explores how young adults deal with their personal feelings and situations and, as well, how they develop communities based on their shared experiences- and shows how despite the scientific mystery of how the world works and the ever-expanding universe, we are nothing without each other. See the show as it will be presented at the 2022 District 9 One Act Festival for adjudication!

The Lottery-  Based on the short story by Shirley Jackson, this dramatization captures the story that has become an internationally known classic. Like the story, the play starts as people are assembling for the lottery. What family will it be this time? Which member? Only gradually do we begin to suspect the nature of the lottery...
