(Last Updated July 29, 2019) Customer information is collected and stored for the purpose of processing and tracking your order. This includes name, email, phone number, public IP address, and the last four digits of your credit card number. Cookies are only used to verify your identity on our website and do not track you across other websites. After the order has completed, full credit card information is not stored. All customer information is kept confidential by TeachTix and is only shared with the organization(s) you purchase tickets from. Contact the organization you are purchasing tickets to receive their privacy policy.

Tickets are non-transferable. Refund policy is set by the organizations selling tickets. In the absence of an organization's refund policy, refunds are not provided.
