Guests who are graduated must be under 20 years or younger. Guests at other schools need administrator approval. Will need to fill out a GUEST FORM.

In order to purchase a ticket, you must turn in the PERMISSION FORM to Ms. Powell or Ms. Davila-Anaya.

Dress is formal. No shorts. No jeans.

PROM and Grad Bash Minimum Requirements:

• Less than 5 unexcused absences per month
• Less than 5 tardies to school per month
• No level 4 or Level 3* discipline referrals during the school year
• No level 2* referrals for skipping or tardy to class
• *At the discretion of the Administration

Tickets are non-transferable. Refund policy is set by the organizations selling tickets. In the absence of an organization's refund policy, refunds are not provided.
