This includes name, email, phone number, public IP address, and the last four digits of your credit card number. Cookies are only used to verify your identity on our website and do not track you across other websites. After the order has completed, full credit card information is not stored. All customer information is kept confidential by TeachTix and is only shared with the organization(s) you purchase tickets from. Contact the organization you are purchasing tickets to receive their privacy policy.

Tickets are non-transferable. Refund policy is set by the organizations selling tickets. In the absence of an organization's refund policy, refunds are not provided.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
