Ocoee High School presents Hadestown: Teen Edition, a full-length adaptation of Anaïs Mitchell’s Tony Award–winning musical, reimagined specifically for teen performers and family audiences. This student production follows the intertwined love stories of Orpheus & Eurydice and Hades & Persephone, guiding audiences on a powerful musical journey between the world above and the underworld below. This production, directed by Mr. Kahn and Mr. Caldwell, highlights a full-campus collaboration, featuring student‑driven scenic design, lighting, costuming, sound engineering, and backstage artistry from Ocoee’s Technical Theatre Scholastic Academy. Their work sets the stage, quite literally, for powerhouse performances by OKTC’s Musical Theatre ensemble.
