Free Parking in EPCOT general parking. 
Follow EPCOT parking signs for drop-offs
Must have Teachtix QR Code and PICTURE ID (School or Government Issued) AND Teal Agreement form.

Check-in begins at 7:00 pm.
Doors open at 7:30 pm.
Must arrive by 8:00 pm to enter.  
Guests must arrive with Olympia Student

TICKET SALES

Eligible Juniors and Seniors will have their names and student numbers uploaded to Teachtix. 
All tickets must be purchased by Friday, April 5th. 
Tickets are non-refundable.

DRESS

Formal attire with comfortable shoes to walk to the World ShowPlace from the parking lot.

All rules and consequences outlined in the Student Code of Conduct apply to this school function

I understand that I must arrive at the front gate of Epcot center by 8:00pm or I will not be able to enter Prom. I also understand that all Proud Titan expectations will be required. I understand that that there are no refunds.

DANCE PARTICIPATION QUALIFICATIONS

2.0 or higher cumulative unweighted GPA
Completed Student Code of Conduct (Canvas Course)
Attendance: 4th Nine Weeks
No more than 7 unexcused class period absences
No more than 5 tardies
No more than 5 referral points, and no Level 4 Referrals

GUESTS

Guests must at least be in high school or under the age of 20.
Guest Ticket prices are the same as Olympia students.
$100 March 11th-16th
$110 March 17th- 31st
$120 April 1st-5th.
Any Guest who does not attend Olympia High School or any 9th and 10th graders at Olympia
MUST have an approved Guest Application before purchasing a ticket.
Guest applications are due Monday, April 1st.
Approved guests will be uploaded to Teachtix.

Tickets are non-transferable. Refund policy is set by the organizations selling tickets. In the absence of an organization's refund policy, refunds are not provided.
