Theatre South Playhouse presents
3rd Annual Light Up Theatre South

If you haven’t heard what happened to Theatre South, let me tell you. The menacing Mr. Eddie Stagedowner stole all the electricity at the Playhouse. As you may have read in the Orlando Sentinel, Mr. Stagedowner was born with a very small heart. He has managed to keep it going all these years by stealing the electricity from local theatres to pump the mechanical heart he made for himself. Throughout the years Mr. Stagedowner has not been shy about his disdain for theatre. He is an unpleasant and unhappy man. Despite all that, the love we have at Theatre South drives us to heal. 10 amazing people have been working hard to raise funds to get Mr. Stagedowner a new heart and on June 22nd we will find out of he will give us our electricity back! Join us on for an evening of celebration of all the hard work AND see if we raised enough to give Mr. Stagedowner his brand new heart and get our electricity back so we can LIGHT UP our theatre once again! This is our 3rd annual Light Up Theatre South and we are can’t wait to celebrate with you. The evening includes dancing, desserts and an improv show with the cast of We Bring the Funny. It will be a fabulous night of celebration and we would love to have you join us.
