Almost, Maine
by John Cariani
Almost, Maine, written by John Cariani, "is a series of nine amiably absurdist vignettes about love, with a touch of good-natured magic realism...witty, romantic, unsentimental." (NY Times) The piece comprises nine short plays that explore various couple's love and loss in a remote, mythical almost-town called Almost, Maine. Watch as the citizens of Almost -- not organized enough for a town, too populated for a wilderness -- experience the life-altering power of the human heart. Directed by Bert Rodriguez.
