FAQs:

Q: How much are they?
A: Season Tickets are $75 each and allows you to choose from any seating option for each show, including premium plus VIP seating. So you are saving money by purchasing the best seats in our theater. If you prefer to sit in the back, a Season Ticket may not be the best option for you. 

Q: What are the benefits of purchasing a Season Ticket?
A: You get priority early access to choose your seats for ALL 6 SHOWS/EVENTS this theatre season at a discounted rate. You also get 10% off any additional tickets you want to purchase on top of that for each event as a valued patron! You will receive an email with a promo code to redeem your addt’l 10% off tickets prior to each show.

Q: What if I want to see one particular show more than once?
A: We love that you are a loyal returning patron! You can purchase multiple season tickets OR use the valued patron promo code to purchase individual tickets. As a season ticket holder, we can accommodate any special requests you may have within reason when it comes to seating accommodations. 

Q: What if I purchase a Season Ticket and choose my seats, but then I have a friend I’d like to sit with and use my promo code for?
A: You will be able to purchase their ticket at a discounted price within the Early Release window a week prior to General Release! So you will have a week to make those arrangements to sit together prior to general patron ticket sales.

Q: What about shows that have double casts. How do I know what night to reserve my seats for?
A: If a show is double cast, we will announce which nights each cast will perform on with enough time for you to make any changes necessary prior to General Release for patrons to purchase. For example, if you buy your Season Ticket and select your seats for a Thursday night, but your child who is cast is performing on Friday night for that event, then you will be able to change your ticket for that Friday night and still have the ability to choose seats before others can purchase on TeachTix.

Q: Do I have to select my seats as soon as I buy a Season Ticket?
A: No, you can redeem your pass any time before the event date. However, we recommend doing it as soon as possible so you get the best seats.

Q: Do I have to attend every show?
A: No, you do not have to reserve seats for every show. However, we would love to see you at all our events!

Q: How long do I have to purchase a Season Ticket? 
A: Season Tickets will be available until October 23rd! We will not sell any Season Tickets after this date.

Q: Can I request a refund if this Season Ticket does not work out for me?
A: We understand refunds may need to take place as we are piloting the Season Ticket with TeachTix. If you need to request a refund, please contact support@teachtix.com
