By William Shakespeare,
Directed by John Fitzgerald
"The Tempest" unfolds on a remote island where Prospero, a sorcerer and the rightful Duke of Milan, resides with his daughter Miranda. Prospero uses his magical abilities to manipulate the elements and orchestrate a shipwreck, bringing his brother Antonio, who usurped his dukedom, and other characters to the island. Throughout the play, themes of forgiveness, redemption, and the transformative power of art are explored, leading to a resolution that brings reconciliation and harmony.
