Our one-act play, The Tricks of Scapin, has been selected as one of four productions from District 5 to perform at the Florida State Thespian Festival in Tampa this March! This upcoming performance will be your last chance to see the show before we take it to the festival.

The Tricks of Scapin, adapted by Aurand Harris from Molière’s classic, is a high-energy commedia dell’arte romp filled with trickery, laughs, and surprises. In Naples, the crafty servant Scapin uses wild schemes—fake kidnappings, daring rescues—to help two young lovers outwit their strict fathers. Packed with physical comedy and clever deception, this play promises a fast-paced, laugh-filled night celebrating love and cleverness over authority.
