TEACHTIX
Health & Safety
Click the topic below for more information on implementing common health and safety protocols.
Select your protocols based on the guidance of your school, venue, state, and CDC guidelines.
TeachTix can control the limit of seats put on sale for general admission events and block off seats on seating charts for assigned seating events.
TeachTix can limit orders to a certain number of tickets per email address. If even more security is needed, attendees can be given a unique password allowing for a certain number of tickets per password.
Learn more about Physical Distancing
TeachTix can restrict sales to a secret link that you can share with family members of the students. TeachTix can collect the names of each patron and which student they are family members of.
TeachTix can place a notice that tickets must be purchased in advance and not allow at-the-door purchases on the site.
TeachTix can place a mask notice on the website, in the email patrons receive, and on the mobile and print-at-home tickets.
TeachTix can allow the venue to assign seats in advance (instead of patrons picking their seats) or allow patrons to pick from a restricted seating chart with space for physical distancing blocked out.
TeachTix can allow patrons to purchase from their personal devices in advance or at the door. We have even help with concessions.
TeachTix digital or print-at-home tickets are scanned at the door using a smartphone. No ticket stubs need to be colleced.
Some groups are choosing to keep their events free during this challenging time. TeachTix is free to use for free shows. We can still help collect donations for free shows.
TeachTix can help stream your shows in addition to ticketing in-person events. Check out our
streaming guide.
