No costume, costume masks, veils, long trains, live animals,
swords, weaponry of any kind or alcohol are permitted.
No one under the influence will be permitted.
Face coverings worn for medical or health reasons are permitted. 

• Clown Carnage Haunted House is a timed entry ticketed event
• Every person needs a ticket to enter
• Make sure your entire group has tickets for the same Date & Time slot
• Please bring your digital or printed pass to be scanned for entry
• You will be allowed to enter the Clown Carnage Haunted House
  anytime during your 1hr time slot
• The last group of the night will be admitted at 9:50pm

Event occurs rain or shine. No returns, refunds or rain checks. Prices, dates, times, entertainment, and/or experience details are subject to availability, changes and/or cancellation without notice.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the Event Agreement.

Customer information is collected and stored for the purpose of processing and tracking your order. This includes name, email, phone number, public IP address, and the last four digits of your credit card number. Cookies are only used to verify your identity on our website and do not track you across other websites. After the order has completed, full credit card information is not stored. All customer information is kept confidential by TeachTix and is only shared with the organization(s) you purchase tickets from. Contact the organization you are purchasing tickets to receive their privacy policy.

Tickets are non-transferable. Refund policy is set by the organizations selling tickets. In the absence of an organization's refund policy, refunds are not provided.
