With Tony and Drama Desk Awards for Best Book, Spelling Bee features an eclectic group of mid-pubescents as they vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, the tweens spell their way through a series of (potentially made-up) words, hoping never to hear the soul-crushing, pout-inducing, life-un-affirming "ding" of the bell that signals a spelling mistake. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves! At least the losers get a juice box.

Know before you go:

• There are multiple parking options on campus (see map). Please plan accordingly as our closest lot to the theatre fills up quickly. You can drop off guests at the entrance to the theater.
• Doors will open 30 minutes before the performance time. 
• Our theater can get chilly.
• No late seating will be available for this performance.
