Only two tickets may be purchased per student (one for self; one for approved guest)
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE; No exceptions
Only eligible students will be able to purchase a ticket on TeachTix.

DANCE PARTICIPATION QUALIFICATIONS

2.0 or higher cumulative unweighted GPA
No more than 1 unexcused absence day or 5 tardies per quarter
No more than 5 referral points 
Completed Student Code of Conduct (Canvas Course)

DANCE ENTRANCE

Arrive EARLY in anticipation of Horror Nights traffic and lines!
Parking is NOT included. Students are strongly encouraged to use passes, ride with friends with passes, or be dropped off. 
Must have TICKET QR CODE (emailed from TeachTix) and PICTURE ID (School or Government Issued)
Doors open at 7:00pm.
Must check-in by 8:00 pm..  
Guests must arrive with Olympia Student 
Small bags/purses only
Universal Security will do bag checks upon arrival
No re-entry upon exit. 

REMOVAL FROM DANCE

Students and Guests in violation of the Student Code of Conduct can be escorted from the premises
School officials will contact parent/guardians
Disciplinary action based on the Student Code of Conduct will be followed

Students must bring completed Permission Form to dance with them.

GUESTS

Guests who do not attend Olympia High School MUST have an approved Guest Application before purchasing a ticket.
GUEST FORMs MUST be submitted to room 402 by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11. 
Once guests are approved by Administration, their name will be added to TeachTix for the hosting student to purchase. 
Refunds will NOT be issued.
Guests must at least be in high school or under the age of 20.

All rules and consequences outlined in the Student Code of Conduct apply to this school function.
