Late Seating Policy

To provide the best possible experience for both our audience and performers, all performances will begin promptly. Show start times may vary slightly based on the fullness of the house, but we make every effort to begin in a timely manner.

Once a performance has started, late-arriving patrons will be asked to wait briefly in the lobby. At an appropriate break in the performance, they will be escorted into the theatre and seated in designated seats at the back of the house to minimize disruptions to the cast and audience.

During intermission, patrons may move to the seats listed on their tickets.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage all guests to arrive early to allow time for parking, ticket scanning, and seating before the performance begins. Thank you for helping us create the best theatrical experience possible for everyone.

This includes name, email, phone number, public IP address, and the last four digits of your credit card number. Cookies are only used to verify your identity on our website and do not track you across other websites. After the order has completed, full credit card information is not stored. All customer information is kept confidential by TeachTix and is only shared with the organization(s) you purchase tickets from. Contact the organization you are purchasing tickets to receive their privacy policy.

Tickets are non-transferable. Refund policy is set by the organizations selling tickets. In the absence of an organization's refund policy, refunds are not provided.
